Our
Saturday started with temperatures in the low sixties and a fairly heavy
overcast that stayed with us all day.
Back at the campgrounds our fearless leader fried zucchini for all of us prior to our trip log meeting. Recipe follows:
Put Swiss and Jack cheeses plus small shrimp
in the bottom of a bowl. (Ovenproof)
Cover with clam chowder.
Top with Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago
cheeses.
Bake in an oven at 475 degrees for ten to
fifteen minutes. Hex' Vegetable Batter Dip (for fried zucchini)
1 pkg hot & spicy fish breading (Bass Pro)

pkg vegetable breading or fish breading
